Print on Demand, Direct-To-Garment (DTG)
There might be certain deviations on the final item compared to the design preview on our website. Small colour differences and minor placement differences might occur, this is a result of the print process.
Custom Transfer Prints, Direct-To-Film (DTF)
There might be certain deviations on the final item compared to the design preview on your computer/smart phone. Expect small colour differences.
Please provide a PNG if you have transparent elements in your design.
Please note small parts like semi-transparent fades, light smoke, or shines may fade out on the edges, this includes things like shadows. If there are any discrepancies in the image quality, this is a result of the print process.
Selecting weather used on white, black or other colours will help us determine which transfer powder to use. For example, if you will use the print on a white t-shirt, or light coloured garment we would treat the transfer film with white powder. If you want to use the transfer only on black garments then we would opt for black powder. If you don't know what colour or item you will use the transfer on we will default to using white powder.
Any residue on your item due to the powder is not the responsibility of BBASHI. If you see powder on transparent areas of your artwork this is a by product of the print method. You are able to cut the print any way you want.
Damage to your item due to experimentation or not following the usage directions are not the responsibility of BBASHI.

The customer is solely liable if third party rights, particularly copyrights are infringed by the order placement. The customer declares that they hold the duplication and reproduction rights. The customer shall indemnify BBASHI against all third party claims for a related violation of law.
If a private event is cancelled 2 weeks before the chosen date 100% refund is given. A 50% refund is given when cancelled 1 week before, and no refunds are given in the last week.
Any property of BBASHI damaged or stolen during the event will be billed to the event booker.
Rent for Tomorrow
This type of booking is non-refundable. BBASHI has the right to cancel the event at any time. In the event of BBASHI canceling you will receive a full refund.
Standard Swiss shipping usually takes 3-5 business days after your order has been processed. Orders are usually processed between 24-48 hours and shipped within 1-3 business days using Swiss Post.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Customers are responsible for paying additional shipping and handling fees to have the order re-shipped, if available. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
Online Payment Fee
All orders purchased online come with an added 5% online payment tax at checkout. This is to mitigate the transaction fee's for processing online orders.
International Shipping, Tax and Duty
We do not ship to North America or Canada. International delivery time varies by country. Please allow 1-2 weeks. Orders shipped outside Switzerland are subject to customs duties and fees which BBASHI.com is not responsible for (and could potentially increase the delivery time). BBASHI.com is not responsible for any lost items during international transit.
